SurveyMonkey API Key

The engine uses a SurveyMonkey personal access token to read survey data. Tokens are write-only here — once saved, the value can be replaced but never read back.

How to mint a new token (SurveyMonkey side)
  1. Open the SurveyMonkey developer console and sign in.
  2. Click Create New App.
  3. Name it something dated, e.g. claude-flatter-YYYY-MM, and pick a deployment target (Private is fine).
  4. Open Settings → Scopes and enable: View Surveys, View Responses, View Response Details.
  5. Save settings (this regenerates the token with the new scope set). Copy the Access Token from the Settings tab.

Then paste it below into Rotate token and set Days remaining to 90 in the override section.

App expiration override

The 90-day countdown applies to the SurveyMonkey draft app, not the token. Regenerating the token doesn't reset the clock. Paste the exact DRAFT: X DAYS LEFT number from the dev console so the countdown reflects reality.
